How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process and ship most orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
Do you offer a warranty on your boddu,s mart?
Yes! At Boddu,s mart, we stand behind the quality of our products. All electronic items come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If your device isn’t performing as expected due to a technical fault, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief video of the issue.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new tech. If you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in "like-new" condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is fulfilled, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting our "Track My Order" page and entering your order number and email address. If you haven't received your tracking info within 4 days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
